John J. Patout Jr.

John J. Patout Jr. (“Jay”) primarily practices construction, real estate, and development law with an emphasis on complex commercial and residential related matters. Mr. Patout works with clients during all phases of the acquisition, development, and construction and with owners, prime/general contractors, and tiered contractors at all levels. Mr. Patout has litigated a multitude of cases before both state and federal courts, at both the trial and appellate level, and before arbitral tribunals such as the American Arbitration Association. Additionally, Mr. Patout’s practice focuses on contractual negotiations, including contract drafting, and dispute resolution during all phases.
