Anthony Fontana

Shareholder Anthony Fontana’s practice focuses on real estate and construction, for both residential and commercial properties, and business and real estate disputes and transactions.

Mr. Fontana has represented individual property owners and business owners in both court and before arbitral tribunals such as the American Arbitration Association. Mr. Fontana assists clients with acquiring real property and businesses, litigating ownership and partnership disputes, breaches of contract, and breaches of fiduciary duty.

Mr. Fontana is a multi-generation Texan, whose family settled in Texas before it was its own country. In fact, Mr. Fontana is a descendant of Benjamin Briggs Goodrich, a signer of the Texas Declaration of Independence. Mr. Fontana obtained his undergraduate degree from the University of Texas. Prior to attending law school, he worked in the oilfield as a directional services operator. He then attended South Texas College of Law in Houston where he participated in appellate law advocacy and graduated magna cum laude.

Mr. Fontana is married to his law school sweetheart and is a proud father of one.
