Travis Lee Shaw is a named Partner at Patout Law Shaw PLLC. Travis’ practice focuses on commercial law, which consists of real estate and construction litigation, transactions on residential and commercial property, and commercial transactions, litigation, entity creation, mergers, acquisitions, and corporate strategy. He has represented both plaintiff and defendants in federal and state courts and in arbitration.
Travis completed his J.D. from South Texas College of Law in 2011 and graduated from Texas A&M in 2005. Prior to attending law school, Travis built commercial and residential buildings across Texas. His father was also a general contractor and was involved in construction most of his life.
Travis is licensed to practice law in Texas, Colorado, and in the United States District Court for the Southern & Eastern Districts of Texas. He is based in the Houston office of Patout & Shaw, but actively meets and represents clients in Colorado.
